Boleh banget, biasanya file-file di folder tersebut isinya file-file sampah eks instalasi aplikasi, alangkah baiknya lagi kalo folder Temporary nya loe arahkan ke suatu folder baru misal D:\Temp. Caranya dari modus desktop klik kanan icon My Computer - Klik Properties - Advanced - Environment Variables dan Pada User Variabel, Ubah Variabel Temp dan TMP C:\Document and Settings\%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp menjadi D:\Temp Pada System Variabel, Ubah Variabel Temp dan TMP nya C:\Windows\Temp menjadi D:\Temp.
