untuk transfer anda bisa pake video capture, video capture yang paling sederhana bisa menggunakan TV tuner internal (jangan yg eksternal krn kualitasnya ga bagus), colokin kabel dari video out handycam ke video in di TV tuner, trus rekam pake program olah video misalnya ulead video studio
