Sebagai pertimbagan saja... beberapa waktu yang lalu saya wawancara dengan sebuah perusahaan Outsourcing untuk dipekerjakan pada perusahaan minyak yang beroperasi di daerah Kepl Seribu. Mereka minta pesyaratan CCNA, Linux dsb, tapi hanya berani menggaji Rp 3,5 jt.
