The successful candidate must carry these following criteria: Proven experience in ERP Ln(BaaN) system functionality Proven Experience of ERP Ln implementations in the manufacturing sector Proven experience on ERP Ln planning, warehousing, manufacturing, and distribution modules (any other module will be considered a plus) Proven experience on business processes/functionalities in a manufacturing environment Experience in Ln programming techniques will be considered a plus Experience and/or knowledge in designing and developing applications Team player with good organizational attitudes Ability to understand and analyze business cases and propose solutions Flexible, efficient and able to work under pressure Proven experience in Oracle and Unix Familiarization with RDBMS systems Problem solving abilities (business cases, technical problems in ERP Ln) Efficiency, team working ability, quality orientation, and high level of initiative and self-motivation. Participation on requirements analysis and technical specifications for development of new applications / add-ons for business needs. Project management capabilities, ability to cooperate and coordinate effectively with others (consultants and key users) for new projects development and follow up. Fluent in English.
