all, mo nanya, maaf sebelumnya kl salah istilahnya. misalkan kita klik internet explorer , dan kita sedang di window lain, misalnya ms word, maka di taskbar akan muncul icon IE yg kelap-kelip selama 3 kali (focus (?).
