Hai hai kakak2 semua.. sy pernah ngadepin kasus yang sama juga.. tipe yang sama juga printernya, coba cartridge nya di buka dibersihin tuh bagian2 dalemnya ,dulu karena tintanya ada yang keluar dikit..terus nempel2 disana jadi kaya gitu.. prnter offline padahal online, trus diprint gak keluar apa2 terus lampunya kedip2 terus kaya ada job gitu.. terus abis dibersihin komputernya direstart juga.. cobain d print.. semoga bisa...^.^
