Pak Hidayat, Kebetulan kami ISP nih. Selain hal2 penting selain yang Bapak sebutkan, Hal yang paling penting dari SLA adalah Biaya Restitusi dari SLA yang dijanjikan oleh provider tempat Bapak berlangganan. Downtime juga harus jelas tertera di SLA.
