oh itu, ada 3 solve:
1. hub tukang service printer dan bayar sekira 25rb dan tahan 3 bulanan
2. cari softwarenya (saya juga belum dapat yg gratis kalo ada mau ya...)
3. tiap kedik yang pernah saya praktekin di office, cabut kabel power, tekan
tombol power printer, masukan power, tekan tombol pause berkali kali (at least
3 times)
tambahan : itu penyakit umum...
