ya tinggal bilang aja ke perusahaan penyedia telekomunikasi "pak saya mau 
meng-aktivkan call divert if not answer" seperti layaknya di handphone2 itu 
loh. Kalo gak salah istilah kerennya di telkom "Hunting".
saya yakin di telkom sudah support untuk hal demikian.

hunting ato divert juga bisa disetting basru berapa detik sudah 
didivert/hunting.
