Terimakasih atas masukannya.. - Saya hapus normat.dot dan restart dan jalanin lagi... masih sama seperti itu - Saya reinstall office-nya dan restart dan jalanin lagi ... masih sama seperti itu - Saya scan dgn Sophos dan AVG (update terbaru)... tidak terdeteksi.
Fuihhhh... lieur oii.... Haruskah reinstall OS nya ?
