Mestinya tidak perlu service pack juga sudah ada. Sekarang coba check dulu di Device Manager anda, apakah ada PCI Device yang masih "Unknown" dengan yellow exclamation mark? Kalo iya, berarti Windows sudah mendeteksi, tapi tidak bisa doing PnP detection. Kalo sama sekali tidak muncul di Device Manager, kemungkinan besar Ethernet controller atau PCI Schizo yg mengarah ke onboard Ethernet ini rusak.
