Teriman kasih bung Yustinus dan bung acoi, sekedar info tambahan, aku pake laptop BenQ type joybook 5200G. Sebelumnya, pesan error ini gak pernah muncul, tapi curigaku; setelah aku install program ncleaner yg aku download dari internet untuk membersihkan file2 yg dianggap gak perlu sama program itu. Pesan error itu muncul semaunya dia. dan salahnya aku, aku lupa gak bikin back upan waktu aku menjalankan program itu. Sudah aku coba pake system restore, tapi gak bisa di restore. Apa jalan keluarnya satu2nya harus di install ulang atau di repair windowsnya biar normal seperti biasanya?
Kalo memang jalan keluarnya hanya harus repair/reinstall, gimana caranya bikin back up setingan program2 yg biasa aku butuhkan, supaya setelah aku repair/reinstall osnya, aku gak harus menyeting program2ku satu persatu. :D Mohon bantuannya....
