Database Administrator (IDA) Job Description:
1. Coordinate changes to computer databases, test and implement the database applying knowledge of database management systems. 2. Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard computer databases. 3. The SQL Database Administrator will be responsible for operations and management of SQL servers in production environment where database availability is critical. Job Requirement: Technical: 1. Have excellent knowledge and posses technical skill in: a. Development database with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL in Linux environment that will be used with Apache and PHP. Please specify which Linux distro you're familiar to work with. b. Development Web Services technology especially in e-commerce and/or e-finance applications. c. Database capacity planning, performance tuning and optimization. d. Database query, security, back up & clustering. 2. Familiar with: a. MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) b. Windows 2000 3. Understand with any item below is an advantage: a. Oracle, MS SQL b. Crystal Report General: 1. Bachelor/Diploma degree in computer science, engineering or any relate fields. 2. Good communication and presentation skill in Indonesia and English (oral and written). 3. Sound understanding of e-commerce and/or e-finance fields and enthusiastic to learn new things. 4. Creative, innovative, discipline and responsible. 5. Able to work alone or within a project-dedicated team.
