menurut saya faktor yang mempengaruhi bisa dari OS WIN XP sendiri, virus.
sekarang byk sekali virus yang merusak file2 umumnya mereka merusak dari
registrynya solusinya di , hilangkan virus hingga registry bersih, add remove
hardware atau jika tidak bisa yah install ulang OS.
