Mohon bantuannya. Boss saya mau print file excel dari macbook nya ke printer HP Deskjet 4300.(direct via USB) Tapi setiap print file tsb , job di printer HP DJ 4300 ini selalu "stopped" Klo coba starjob lg, balik lg stopped. Klo print file lainnya ga ada masalah Saya coba ke printer network, ok ok aja.. Menuruk rekan2, masalahnya apa ya..? Sudah saya coba : 1. ganti kabel USBnya - ga ada masalah 2. Reinstall printer - sama aja 3. restart Macbook nya - ttp ga bsa 4. print others file - ok mohon masukannya.
