Kondisi point 1 & point 2, tanpa proxy atau settingan IP nya sama.
Untuk tempat umum biasanya sudah dipasang proxy atau udah disetting untuk
komputer luar harus daftar dulu. Ntar adminnya di hotel atau fasilitas
internet (hotspot) akan membuka untuk notebook anda akses lewat jaringan
mereka.
