Perlu diketahui sekarang ini semua Perusahaan besar baik itu BUMN ataupun SWASTA menggunakan tenaga Outsourcing atau dengan kata lain pegawai sewa yang semua dikelola melalui Koperasi luar tau Perusahaan pengadaan tenaga kerja swasta. Jadi bisa aja memang UNILEVER membutuhkan karyawan tetapi mungkin semua urusan tersebut diberikan ke pihak koperasi untuk mencari pegawai outsourcing tersebut. Jadi mungkin hal ini bisa buat tambahan dan bilamana ada yang telah mencoba interview, silakan memberikan tanggapannya.
