saya mau tanya.saya punya koneksi internet di rumah lewat isp. isp yang saya
gunakan adalah isp centrin online tbk. tetapi mengapa dengan jatah 115.2 kbps
rasanya masih sama saja pada saat saya menggunakan dial-up telkomnet instan
yang hanya sekitar 40 kbps?terimakasih
