NTP local pun supaya akurat harus terhubung ke NTP server stratum di
atasnya, kecuali mau building stratum 0 sendiri :D. Kalau toh ke satu
NTP server gagal, kan bisa refer ke NTP server yang lain, banyak kok
bertebaran di internet.
