Sudah dicek belum fitur-fitur BIOSnya? Bisa aja kan defaultnya memang bisa start up lewat USB atau LAN. Kalau memang gak ada fitur seperti itu, coba kontak produsen mainboardnya. Bisa jadi ada defect/cacat produksi.
