/24 dan /16 tuh artinya netmask
24 dan 16 diambil dari jumlah bit 1 di netmask
jadi
/24 = 11111111.11111111.11111111.00000000 (255.255.255.0)
/16 = 11111111.11111111.00000000.00000000 (255.255.0.0)
