IT Specialist ATM Engineer
Position Summary
This role increases the overall availability for the customers entire
technology infrastructure by collaborating with the customer to develop a high
availability infrastructure, and by reducing the frequency, impact and time to
resolution of critical availability problems. They are the IBM focal point of
contact for customer problem resolution and lead both customer and IBM
resources in problem identification, assessment and resolution. They serve as
trusted advisor to client executives in both the IT and business function
arenas. They communicate daily with client and IBM executives to ensure
availability issues are understood and on target for resolution. They mitigate
IBMs risk at account through the above actions.- They represent IBM to
customer(s) on all matters concerning the rapid resolution of customer
problems:
1. To obtain highest level of continuous access to customer business
information.
2. To take overall responsibility for ensuring the implementation and
execution of the rapid and effective customer problem resolution process in the
areas of IT service delivery, customer environment, client operations, system
configuration and systems management process and procedures.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate from a reputable universities with electrical
engineering background
- Having programming skill is an advantage (PC literate, wiring diagram,
and programming)
- Hard worker and willingness to learn
- Good managing the operation with big team member
- Having a leadership style
