hahaha.. ni sama dengan kasus gw... coba dicheck di c:windwos\system32 pasti ada yg namanya syshot.exe kalau ada berarti kasus kita sama yg saya lakukan coba instal antivirus antivir kemudian update terbarunya.. setelah itu coba ugrade windows menjadi service pack 2.. semoga bermanfaat..
