Di Kantor sya sedang menerapkan ISO 9000-2001.
untuk itu sya di minta untuk membuat form2 yang berkaitan dengan Activitas IT,
Ada yang punya contoh Formnya ga ya...?
Seperti Form Permohonan Email Account,
Form Permintaan Install Aplikasi/Program
Dll. yang bersankutan dengan kebutuhan IT,
Boleh dapat formatnya ga ya...?
