AFAIK tidak ada. Salah satu fasilitas di continuous form itu bisa 2-5 ply (rangkap), dan jelas itu gak bisa pake pake model ink yg tintanya "disemprot" melainkan harus "ditekan" ke kertas.
Selain Epson ada juga TallyGenicom.
