VAM SYSTEMS currently looking for IT Operations Manager for our
Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and
conditions:
Skill Set required:
Key responsibilities:-
To develop and manage a professional data center environment and IT
Operations team to deliver secure and available computer operations
and help desk services to the user community and to external
customers.
To manage the contingency site, including infrastructure, policies,
procedures and testing. To ensure that best practice and high
levels of service to business users are provided at all times.
Ability to develop and document policies and procedures is
essential, as is workflow tracking and infrastructure monitoring.
Sound knowledge of project management and systems change management
required.
Technical environment includes Misys Equation and related modules
and systems, AS/400, Windows Servers, CISCO networking, MS Office
applications.
Experience: minimum 5 years similar or related experience at
management level, preferably from a Banking or Financial Institution
background

Terms and conditions:
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 4weeks)
