mungkin ini bisa membantu, biasanya antivirus selalu ingin berdiri sendir, jadi coba anda uninstall salah satu dari antivirus tersebut yang anda anggap bagus, lalu restart apa bila masih tidak bisa, coba di engine (start +setting +control panel + administrative tools + service ) lihat status engine untuk antivirus tersebut apakah statusnya "start" atau tidak.
