Tujuan penggunaan agar pemakai komputer kantor (meskipun login sbg admin) tidak seenaknya instal software yg tidak dibutuhkan kantor, misalkan game atau software bajakan. Jika ada software yg bisa membatasi, dan hanya satu orang saja yang boleh menambah/instal di satu komputer akan memudahkan pengawasan dan tanggungjawabnya jika ada pemeriksaan dari BSA.
