Bisa, karena ini negara meritocracy, jadi penilaian kudu dilengkapi
pembuktian certification.
Contoh saja :
a. consultant yg dipakai kudu punya master degree, atau paling tidak 10
years experience, dan certified on all aspect dari deployment
b. field engineer-nya, honors degree dari recognized university (baca :
IPK > 3 of 4), certified on major aspect of the deployment
Di satu sisi emang enak bikin company di Singapore, gak ribet kayak di
Indonesia dan humant talent lebih dihargai daripada "money" talent atau
"family" talent :)
