We are one of the biggest telecommunication solutions providers in
Indonesia. Due to the rapid growth of the industry, we are currently
expanding our services in wireless infrastructure management.
We are urgently seeking for dynamic & motivated candidates to fill the
following positions:
A. SALES MANAGER (job code: SM) - Accountable for all commercial
aspects of In-Building Coverage (IBC) related solutions - Oversee all
site acquisition and sales activities in order to meet/exceed target
revenue and profit margin - Provide particular ROI analysis and
ensure the actual cash flow will follow projection - Continuously
develop rapport with property owners, property managements, and wireless
operators - Lead and develop a group of Account Managers responsible
for site acquisition and sales to operators - Provide weekly and
annual executive reports in timely manner
Requirements: - Strong network in property and/or
telecommunication industry - At least 5 years experience in
Telecommunication/IT industry - At least 2 years experience as Sales
Manager or equivalent - Strong communication and presentation skills
- Male/Female age below 35 years old
B. ACCOUNT MANAGER (job code: AM) - Build and/or develop network in
property and telecommunication industry - Initiate and engage mutual
partnership with property owners/managements - Negotiate and acquire
long term contracts with property owner/management within budget -
Negotiate and acquire long term contracts with cellular operators
meeting/exceeding target margin - Act as liaison officer between
property management and wireless operators - Pro-actively participate
in tenders related to wireless infrastructure management - Provide
weekly progress and pipeline status reports in timely manner
Requirements: - At least 5 years experience in Telecommunication/IT
sales - At least 2 years experience as Account Manager or equivalent
- Good looking and strong interpersonal skills - Female age below 28
years old
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS - Exposure to IBC design and implementation is
an added advantage - A result-oriented and self-driven person -
Equally perform both as team member and individual - Good
communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in English and
computer literate
