To Andi Coba d cek ulang aja tintanya(pastikan), soalnya apabila salah satu tintanya kosong maka tidak bisa ngeprint dan otomatis catridgenya kaga bisa menggeser. kalo nggak bisa juga setelah semua tinta terisi, coba di reset ulang : Caranya ke situs epson aja, ada kok.
