Bisa coba di extract dulu: fileconvert.exe /extract. Nanti akan keluar beberapa file, termasuk file MSI. Mestinya kalau sudah ada file MSI, bisa di slipstream dengan cara biasa (belum coba sih, tapi kalau slipstream patches lainnya pakai MSI, ngga masalah).
