udah coba di restart spooler print yg ada di system windows-nya??? klik kanan my computer -> manage -> masuk ke halaman Computer Management -> Services and Applications -> Service lalu pada jendela sebelah kanan, cari Print spooler. setelah ketemu pilih restart atau stop. kalo pilih Stop, jangan lupa utk aktivkan kembali.
