Kalau dikantor brarti anda teknisi donk...?? he...he... Oh iya baru di install ulang atau baru kejadiaan? Kala baru diinstall ulang coba install smua drivernya... Kalau memang tiba2 barti ada driver yg corrupt atau hilang pada saat melakukan isntalasi program lain..., coba aja diinstall ulang kembali driver2nya? Smoga berhasil...
