yg sering saya lakukan kalo mngalami hal itu yaitu me-Restart print spooler yg
ada pada system services,.
klik kanan my computer lalu pilih manage, setelah muncul box Computer
Management, klik Services and Applications.
pada lajur kanan, cari print spooler lalu lalu klik 2x.
pada box Printer Spooler Properties (local Computer) klik stop untuk
menghentikan sementara service spooler printer. setelah selesai proses
penghentiannya,. klik start untuk mengaktifkan kembaliprint spooler tsb.
