Mungkin maksudnya cek power supply masih hidup apa tidak, terlepas dari voltase yang dihasilklan masih sama atau sudah turun. Cara mengeceknya pin power yang bloknya besar yang dicolokan ke mainboard, pin warna hijau dan hitam letaknya bersebelahan di jumper, sementara kabel power di colokan. Harusnya powwer supply hidup, jika tidak berarti power supply sudah benar-benar mati total. CMIIW
