Jaman DBF, file database = file table. Artinya, 100 table = 100 file database. Kalau ngga salah, mulai versi Visual FoxPro, sudah di tambahkan "database" untuk DBF. Sebenarnya ini database semu, karena isi file database (DBC kalau ngga salah), isinya cuma pointing ke beberapa file DBF.
