HR Manager MEDAN ( HRM MEDAN - CF ) Purpose of the Function: Responsible for managing the implementation of the human resources management key function including: Selection, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Evaluation & Management, Industrial & Employee Relations, and the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure the alignment and consistency of implementation with group HR policy and to meet the group HR objectives. Qualifications: . University degree in any fields. . Min 5 - 6 years experience in function of HR management (preferable FMCG or Multi National Company). . Based in Medan.
