Hello, Jika komputer baru benar2 digunakan bisa telpon penjualnya (untuk windows original), Tapi, jika sudah digunakan kemungkinan kena virus atau perating system windowsnya rusak, coba dilakukan full scan dengan antivirus yg kamu punya. Jika belum berhasil juga, coba lakukan di safe mode windowsnya dan lakukan full scan.
