ga ada opsi uninstall di pcmav. 1. cara ilanginnya ya klik kanan icon bebek yg ada di taskbar trus klik start automatically dan cek sekali lagi apakah sudah tidak tercentang di start automatically itu. kalo sudah klik kanan icon bebek pilih exit. 2. langkah selanjutnya buka task manager cari RTPsvc.exe klik end process. 3. sekarang buka windows explorer dan masuk ke direktory c:\windows\system32 dan hapus file rtpsvc.exe dan rtpscan.dll
