kemungkinan besar cd/dvd drive yang bapak gunakan ada tipe DVD-R/CD-RW. jadi bisa baca DVD dan CD tetapi untuk menulis hanya CD. coba bapak perhatikan tulisan yang tertera di dvd drive (jika PC) atau cek spesifikasi dvd drivenya (jika laptop).
solusi untuk memunculkan destination drive terebut, ganti drivenya yang support utk menulis ke dvd.
