Sepertinya uninstall trus delet folder di program files & folder user tidak menyelesaikan masalah. Kasus ini terjadi pada YM versi 10 yg rusak karena virus. Solusinya adalah downgrade ke versi 9. Atau create user baru di windows, trus dari user baru ini YM bisa berfungsi normal. (tentu saja virus harus dibersihkan dulu).
