1.CUSTOMER HELPDESK
* Male / female max 30 years old
* Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology
* At least 1-2 of years’ experience in service desk / technical desk
support
* Good communication skills
* Good support knowledge in Microsoft products, email system, MS
Windows OS and
Office suite of product
* Having knowledge in Service Desk application or other Helpdesk
applications
* Good Knowledge in IT Desktop Peripherals (PC, Notebook, Printer,
Scanner,
etc)
* Good knowledge in various business application environment
* Customer focus, with exceptionally good customer service,
inter-personal and
telephony skills sets
* Process oriented
* Able to perform in fast moving and demanding environment
* Able to multitasked
* Team player who is self-motivated, self-disciplined and initiative
2.NETWORK ENGINEER
* Male, max 35 years old
* Hold Bachelor Degree majoring in Engineering ( Computer /
Telecommunication
), Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
* Good command in English, both spoken and written
* Good skills in internet application and concept
* Ability to configure and troubleshoot with network equipment such as
router,
switch, firewall, etc
* CCNA, CCNP or other international certification is preferable
* Knowledge in TCP/IP and OSI 7-layer
* Working experience min 2 years
* Strong experience in level 2 customer support and trouble ticket
escalation (
at least 1 years )
* Able to show network knowledge deeply, such as IP Networking, Routing
(
Adaptive ) and Addressing
* Strong knowledge and experience in Routing protocols like OSPF, TCP,
RIP etc
* Support of multi-vendor networking products
* Self motivated, initiatives, energetic, and able to work as a team
* Able to contribute positively to the management team and throughout
the
organization
* Able to work under pressure, think clearly and identify risks
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
3.TECHNICAL SUPPORT
* Male, max 35 years old
* Hold Bachelor Degree majoring in Computer Science / Information
Technology or
equivalent
* Good command in English, both spoken and written
* Good skills in internet application and concept
* Ability to configure and troubleshoot Desktop Equipment such as PC,
Notebook,
Printer, etc
* Knowledge in PC, Notebook, Printer, etc
* Working experience min 1 years
* Strong experience in level 2 customer support and trouble ticket
escalation (
at least 1 years )
* Support of multi-vendor desktop products
* Self motivated, initiatives, energetic, and able to work as a team
* Able to contribute positively to the management team and throughout
the
organization
* Able to work under pressure, think clearly and identify risks
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
4.SERVER & STORAGE ENGINEER
* Male, max 35 years old
* Hold Bachelor Degree majoring in Computer Science / Information
Technology or
equivalent
* Good command in English, both spoken and written
* Good skills in internet application and concept
* Ability to configure and troubleshoot Server environment
* Deep Knowledge in Server & Storage Technology
* Deep Knowledge in Raid and Data protection
* Deep Knowledge in Operation System (Unix, Windows, Linux) especially
open
source
* Having Server Certification such as IBM Server, HP Server, Sun
Server, etc
* Working experience min 5 years
* Support of multi-vendor products
* Having experience for Blade System implementation
* Having experience in proxy server implementation
* Having experience in database server implementation
* Having experience in server monitoring system implementation
* Having experience in Virtual Server (VMware, Hyper-V) implementation
* Self motivated, initiatives, energetic, and able to work as a team
* Able to contribute positively to the management team and throughout
the
organization
* Able to work under pressure, think clearly and identify risks
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
5.IT MIS
* Male, max 30 years old
* Min S1 graduated, Background study Informatics Technology / Computer
Science
from any reputable university (GPA min. 2.75 scale of 4)
* Having min. 2 years experience System Administrator
* Have excellence knowledge about Hardware & Software system, LAN, WAN,
WLAN /
Wireless system, OS LINUX, Windows, LDAP concept, SQP, SAP
* Fluent in English both oral and written
* Have good computer skill
* Self motivated, initiatives, energetic, and able to work as a team
* Able to contribute positively to the management team and throughout
the
organization
* Able to work under pressure, think clearly and identify risks
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
6.INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER
* Male, max 35 years old
* Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Technology/Computer Science or
Electrical
Engineering with minimum GPA of 3.0 (out of 4.0) from a reputable university
* Minimum 4 years of working experience in IT function
* Excellent verbal and written skill, both in English
* Demonstrates good analytical skills through troubleshooting and
evaluation of
potential tools and utilities tools related to IT infrastructure operations
* Able to design and calculate infrastructure & cabling system
* Experience of Cabling System, Datacenter equipment, etc
* Certified Professionals in IT is an advantage
* Self motivated, initiatives, energetic, and able to work as a team
* Able to contribute positively to the management team and throughout
the
organization
* Able to work on tight deadlines
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
