Coba di ODBC32, bikin connection-nya di System DSN, bukan User DSN. Saya sih pakai Win 7 64-bit, dengan ODBC dan Driver 32-bit, ngga masalah untuk konek ke DB. Hanya saja, DB saya dari Sybase, bukan Oracle. Coba juga login sebagai user Administrator, untuk test saja, walaupun sebetulnya user biasa juga bisa.
