rekan2, langsung saja, saya mengalami masalah barcode scanner QS6500 plus yg interface usb. saya tancapkan ke pc, dan sudah memberikan sinyal on. ketika digunakan untuk membaca barcode sudah bunyi thit (tanda pembacaan sukses), tapi di aplikasi (notepad, word, etc) tidak muncul hasil bacanya. ini barang baru dan ada beberapa unit. problemnya sama.
