pertama anda siapkan mesin yg akan dijadikan web server, kemudian install OS bisa windows atau linux kemudian anda install web server, ini pilihannya juga banyak ada Apache, IIS, dll kemudian anda kasih IP Public mesin tersebut, atau bisa juga dikasih IP local dan dari IP publik yang anda punya di forward ke sana ...
