System barcode scanner QS6500, menggunakan USB tidak selalu bisa menggunakan Notepad, Word dll. Coba gunakan Hyperterminal disesuaikan baudrate dll. Jika tidak bisa coba gunakan MS-Dos Prompt. Thanks
