Gan, setahu saya Windows 7 Starter blom bisa dipakai sebagai server, harus upgrade dulu ke Windows 7 Home (utk di rumah) atau Win 7 Pro (utk di kantor), baru bisa di-setting sebagai server. Klo utk client mungkin masih bisa.
