biasanya kalo pake converter ke usb mesti punya power tambahan, biasanya banyak yg jual tuh chasing buat hardisk internal yg sudah lengkap dengan powersupplynya jadi tidak tergantung kepada bawaan CPU, soalnya saya pernah ngalamin kasus yang sama, tp setelah menggunakan power tambahan dari chasing tersebut langsung kedetect , lain halnya dengan HD External yang sudah disetting bisa mobile tanpa power tambahan seperti merk Western Digital, tapi kalo yang 1 TB tetep pake power tambahan juga , CMIIW
