Teman2 rekan IT, Dikantor ada laptop yg yg terkena virus, rupanya memang tidak di install AV. Masalahnya saya ingin membersihkan virus, worm, dkk-nya tanpa install OS ulang. Berbagai cara sudah saya coba, yaitu: 1. masuk ke save mode, trs coba install karspersky virus removal tool ga bisa juga. 2. coba scan On Line juga gagal, karna tiap kali kita ketikan kata "virus" pada search engine lalu browser selalu menutup sendiri.
Mugkin ada ide yg lainnya???.
